Prices exclude VAT and applicable local taxes.
Prices are Ex-Works Saintes, Belgium.
- Ordering process

2. We will send you an order confirmation including shipping costs and lead time
3. Please pay the total amount to our bank (see details below)
4. Upon reception of the payment, we will ship you the equipment
- Shipment
DMoon-Telecom ships using its own forwarder. Products are not covered by any insurance. If a customer wants an insurance coverage, his/her forwarder should be used.
- Delivery
Products ordered before 12pm and available in our stock are usually delivered in Belgium the next day. For other European countries, delivery time is around 2-4 days.
- Availability
DMoon-Telecom has usually most products in stock. If not, you will be notified at order time
- Terms
Unless specific terms have been previously defined, all orders must be pre-paid.

Lack of payment in due time will result in a penality of 1% per started month. If any legal procedure is to be used by DMoon for late payment, the costs (minimum €100) will be incurred by the customer.
- Warranty
Products sold by DMoon-Telecom carry the manufacturer's warranty.
During the warranty period, defect products can be returned to
DMoon-Telecom after authorization by DMoon-Telecom. Shipment back to
DMoon is at the customer cost. If the product is indeed defect, it will
be replaced by a refurbished product and shipped back at no cost. If
the product is not defect, it will be returned at the customer expenses.
