ITSP: what's that?

It is an Internet Telephony Service Provider, selling telephone-like service based on VOIP technology. Customers may connect their SIP device (such as an Epygi) via the Internet to an ITSP. The ITSP will carry a VoIP phone call back to the regular telephone system (PSTN) at a much lower price than Belgacom or P&T. There are numerous ITSP's around but we've found several that are really cool for SMB's. Some offer free calls to landlines in more than 30 countries including Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, UK, USA etc... Typical configuration with an ITSP.
