It is an Internet Telephony Service Provider, selling telephone-like service based on VOIP technology. Customers may connect their SIP device (such as an Epygi) via the Internet to an ITSP. The ITSP will carry a VoIP phone call back to the regular telephone system (PSTN) at a much lower price than Belgacom or P&T.
