Founded by senior IT and Telecom executives (Motorola, Compaq, Fore Systems, Xylan, Alcatel, etc…) DMoon-Telecom is a VoIP product distributor for the BeLux region and beyond. DMoon-Telecom deals through a network of professionals and does not sell direct to end-users. Nevertheless, we welcome all enquiries, wherever they come from: DMoon-Telecom differentiates itself from traditional « box-moving » distributors by offering added value, both for the manufacturers it represents as for the resellers it serves. This added value guarantees to the manufacturers a real local presence replacing advantageously a BeLux subsidiary (channel development, marketing support, technical support, training, service…). For its reselling Partners, this added value particularly translates in marketing support and demand generation programs, technical support and training… From a technology standpoint, DMoon-Telecom focuses on a product offering addressing mainly SMBs (Small-Medium Businesses) allowing them to deploy intelligent VoIP solutions.  |
